Passionate about helping customers succeed leveraging technology and building a company where people learn, deliver and have fun. Magnus has worked 25 years in the enterprise software world. Formerly the global head and VP of SAP's A&D Industry Business Unit and CEO of Dassian Americas, an SAP software partner in A&D, Magnus knows what it takes
to help project-centric companies running SAP succeed.
Richard Minney
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
As Twenty5's COO and Product Architect, Richard is responsible for the overall product direction and design, as well as playing an active role in managing the development team and strategic clients. Passionate about using web-technologies to close white-spaces in SAP's footprint and to meet A&D and project-centric industry requirements, Richard brings 30 years SAP A&D and manufacturing consulting expertise together with significant software development and product management know-how. Richard formerly designed SAP's GPD/PMMO A&D solutions as well as HCL's iMRO maintenance suite, as well as his own web-technology professional services automation cloud-based solution, iBE.net.
Nate Joseph

Nate Joseph leads the Twenty5 sales organization and joined the company in 2023. He is a firm believer in challenging the status quo and pushing the boundaries of innovation. Over his career he has worked for multiple tech companies in various sales, strategy, and leadership roles, most recently at SAP where he led the Industry Cloud strategy globally for the Professional Services industry. Ramnath Putta leads the consulting and delivery arm at Twenty5, supporting transformative journeys since his arrival in 2023. With a wealth of expertise from top-tier Professional Services firms, he has led large-scale SAP implementation programs across diverse sectors including Professional Services and Hi-tech industries. He comes with wide range of experience in SAP domains, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, S/4 (SD, Professional Services and Finance), and more, with a particular focus on cutting-edge specialties like S/4 HANA Public Cloud and integration technologies such as Integration Suite, BTP and SAP Fiori. Certified in SAP CPQ, Ramnath thrives on challenges, leveraging his passion to unravel complexity with elegant simplicity.
