How long have you been with Twenty5 and why did you join?
Joined Aug 12, 2024, I have worked with complex proposals during my whole career and in the complex world of manufacturing, and professional services, I saw the potential of the product. I really want to help build out the European side of the business and support Twenty5’s growth ambitions.
What inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
I wanted to work with a product led organization and provide clients real solutions to problems they have. I don’t think a consultant can ever look at the world without pointing out all the issues and improvements needed. Best example is normally visiting restaurants, and pointing out all the improvements they could make.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received and from who?
Very difficult question, as many pieces of advice from my past projects and managers are used everyday. I would say creating a culture of trust and celebrating success.
What do you love most about what you do at Twenty5?
A product based company, with a product that solves the real head ache for any bid team.
As we are a 100% remote team, what is your favorite work-from-home productivity hack?
Large widescreen monitor and a coffee machine next to the desk.
How do you unwind after a long day?
Catch up on the world of cycling and cars.
Who was your biggest role model as a kid?
Apart from the A-Team and the Hoff (Knightrider), probably should say my Grandfather really, always gave the value of working hard and put context to the business world.
What's your greatest personal achievement?
Building the JLR MES Product from scratch, delivering MES code from Funding to code in 2 vehicle plants in under 12 months with the team I had picked, don’t mention the following 12 months solving 3000 issues.
What's your favorite workday meal or snack?
Pasta, keep it simple.
What's the last book you read?
Guide to the 360 Nürburgring , corner by corner guide to the Nordschleife.
What song can you listen to over and over again?
Rolling Stones, Gimme Shelter.
If our team came to your place for dinner, what would you cook?
Some of the best dinners have been done by everywhere helping out, and the ingredients are what looks good from the shopping on the day. So sorry you all need help make your dinner!
In your opinion, what's the most important invention in history?
The Wheel.
